As of 2025 Franklin are phasing-out the FHoton SolarPak and SubDrive Systems and replacing them with DrivE-Tech Solar. Also, all arrays are now separate to the pump/motor/controller packages.

The SubDrive SolarPak is the upmarket option and it has available input for AC power backup (generator or mains power).

The Fhoton SolarPak doesn’t have the AC power backup. It can only run from the solar panels.
